As a professional Realtor licensed in the State of Texas, I make the process of buying and selling a pleasurable experience. My clients always say that they learned a lot about the community and enjoyed the process. Having grown up in this area, I assist my clients in finding not only a home but the neighborhood and community that they will enjoy. For my Sellers, I participate in The Real Estate Book every month, and for 12 years this participation has given my sellers national and international exposure with homes along with 35 additional websites to the other 850 that Century 21 allows. I also engage a professional photographer with my photos and virtual tours of most all my homes. I conduct open houses in addition to the broker tours and luncheons. These are additional over the standard touches has helped me achieve the distinction of Top Agent in Volume according to the MLS, Multiple Listing Service, for my home county, Parker, for the 2008 and 2009 years. For my Buyers, we have fun and they learn about the community as we find the right neighborhood for their purchase. I had a radio show for six years on the history of Parker County and it is fun to share this great information with my clients. As a former member of the City Council, School Board, and Parker County Hospital District, I have first hand knowledge of the Parker County Community.
