I am Mahala Pearsall and am originally from neighboring North Carolina. I vacationed in North Myrtle Beach most of my life and enjoyed it so much that I decided to move here in 2005. I've lived all over the United States as well as in two foreign countries and have personally bought and sold six homes from Columbus, Ohio to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. This experience has made it easier for me to understand the emotional stress and the excitement associated with moving and finding the right home. You can be assured that I will do my best to make your acquisition of a new home and relocation to the beach as smooth as possible. As an "Army brat" with personal experience, I can also help address some of your children's concerns as they transition into a new community and new schools. I understand the anxiety they have as they leave the familiar for the unknown. My son recently graduated from North Myrtle Beach High School, so I am very familiar with our local school system and what it offers. I am very involved in my community, having served on my neighborhood HOA's board of directors. Currently, I serve as a member of the North Strand Helping Hands board of directors, am active with the Keep North Myrtle Beach Beautiful Committee and with my church.
