After 22 years working as a CNC Machinist/Foreman, Mike Findle retired from the manufacturing industry to pursue his dream of becoming a Realtor. In his first year, 2019, he was awarded "Rookie of the Year". In 2020 he achieved the Silver Award for sales production. In 2021, he achieved the Gold Award for sales production in addition to the Quality Service Award. And in 2022 he achieved the Platinum Award and the Quality Service Pinnacle Award for outstanding customer service for two consecutive years. In 2023, Mike achieved the Masters Ruby and Quality Service Pinnacle Awards and was named a PA Top 20 Producer. He accomplished all of this in 2023 while also acquiring his Associate Broker License to continue educating himself on the Real Estate industry and invest in his knowledge to better service his clients.
