And I'm ready for a successful 2024 for my sellers and buyers!! In 2023, I had 22 Listings and Sales with the highest price being $1,450,000. In 2022, I had 21 Listings and Sales with the highest price being $749,900. In 2021, I had under contract 32 listings and sales with the highest price being $895,000! A great real estate year again for sellers and buyers, and I can do the same for you! In 2020, my production was 45 transactions with $695,000 being the highest priced home. Even during covid-19! We rose above this safely! In 2019,I had 30 closed transactions with the highest priced home being $690,000. In 2018, I had 26 closed transactions with the highest priced home being $575,000. And my production has been consistent over the years being one of the top producers in my company.My seasoned experience as a Top Producing Agent gives me the knowledge, understanding, and professionalism to help service my clients in the best way possible in their best interest.
