1 & 3-BEDROOM VILLAS

By a very smart design, both 1 & 3 bed villas share the same main 1-bedroom structure which holds the patio, kitchen, dining area, and the upstairs loft bedroom. The 3-bed villas have an extra, separate building (guest house) which holds the other 2 bedrooms, ensuite and rooftop patio. The villas are blessed with an ingenious design – large, bright & airy main homes hold a sizeable covered deck, a kitchen, dining & living areas, and – upstairs – a loft ensuite master bedroom with a large and sunny terrace.

The main home’s lower level holds a big and fully equipped kitchen, masterfully designed with ample storage and counter space. The kitchen opens to a central dining area and then a large & spacious living space which can be shaped to fit any desire. Outside, a large covered deck invites you to enjoy the peace & views under the protection from the midday sun and passing rain showers – but sunny sections are also available if you choose to catch a tan! A staircase ascends to the upper floor and the loft master bedroom & ensuite – this upper floor loft is fully open and leads to a sunny outdoor terrace which is exposed by wall-to-wall panoramic windows. The path soon splits in two – the upper section heads for the guest home’s sunny rooftop terrace while the lower section descends to the secure front door entrance. Inside, two large bedrooms with plentiful glazing, storage space and walk-in closets (that can easily be equipped with bar fridges and small appliances like coffee makers) look onto the tropical landscaped gardens that surround the structures. The bedrooms are served by a bathroom offering both a shower and a jacuzzi bath. The entire roof area of the guest home is dedicated to a beautiful, peaceful, sunny and relaxing rooftop patio. A perfect place for sunrise yoga, morning coffee, lunchtime Mojitos or sunset wine & cheese. A BBQ would also be a welcome addition to this massive terrace!

CONDOMINIUM AMENITIES

The star of the resort is a beautiful, sunny swimming pool that caters to both adults and children. An adjacent clubhouse holds kitchen facilities, table & seating, and shower, bathroom and changeroom amenities. As has been the theme of the resort – the clubhouse roof acts as a sunny terrace that overlooks the pool area and tropical jungles that extend beyond.
