The building is divided according to functions: the two underground floors will be used for parking, the ground floor will be used for service units, the first above-ground floor of the building will serve as service units and the south-eastern part of the volume will function as a hotel, while the other floors will serve as residential apartments throughout the entire volume.

The apartment is organized by a corridor dividing it into:
• Living room with access to the balcony and separate cooking/dining area
• Bedroom
• Toilets
• Double bedroom + bathroom

Other apartment specifications:
• South-East orientation
• Multisplit heating system
• Incaso system toilets with multilayer pipes
• Plastic windows with triplex glass
• Regular and high cubic capacity

Importance has also been given to the aspiration and air conditioning network, making the kitchen aspiration with separate lines for each apartment and the heating and cooling system with a multijet system.

The facade contains a high number of windows, the aim of the facade design is to create a regular rhythm of "cracks" and group them into several modules.
