I have been in the business of selling Real Estate for over 30 years. Starting as a licensed sales person in 1986, became a licensed broker in 1988 and currently hold a managing broker\342\200\231s license. Served as the managing broker of Century 21 Advantage from 2003 to 2008.
Today I am on a Mother-Daughter Real Estate Team with my Daughter Raquel Veliz- Vice. We are The Veliz-Vice Team of Century 21 Advantage. I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS and hold several designations; GRI - Graduate of Realtor Institute, CRS \342\200\223Certified Residential Specialist \342\200\223 only held by 4% of REALTORS, ASP- Accredited Staging Professional, MRP- Military Relocation Professional, PSA \342\200\223Pricing Strategy Advisor, and GREEN.
