My name is Benjamin Musser, and I'm a residential Realtor with CENTURY 21 New Millennium. When I got started in real estate, I created my brand message of, "It's Not Just an Address, It's a Lifestyle!\342\200\235 At the heart of every home is a lifestyle that goes with it. If you're buying or renting, you're not just searching for "a listing" you're looking for a place to compliment your lifestyle. If you're selling, listing your house can be a very emotional journey. While many agents simply see your home as an addition to their portfolio, you see the memories that made your house a home. I've lived in my house for 14+ years, and the walls are painted in the memories and lifestyle that my family and I have. With the feelings of love toward my own home in mind, is what makes helping people with theirs, all the more rewarding.


Being younger than the average real estate agent has granted me the exposure to modern-day tools needed to effectively market properties. Leveraging technology to find what today's buyers (millennials) want and how they go about finding available real estate is a must in order to secure the highest and best price and one so many Realtors have yet to implement. All you need is ask yourself, do you want your home on a paper postcard that will be thrown away, or do you want it lighting up thousands of phones, every day, through target marking... Quality marketing is a non-negotiable aspect for my clients.
No matter what your real estate needs are, one thing remains and that is the value of experience. I've had the privilege of developing a resume of real estate transaction types, from standard sales, short sales, investment properties, and raw land. Additionally, it's also important that your realtor has experience with other industry professionals, whether that be lenders, attorneys or contractors.


When I'm not selling real estate I enjoy music, as well as cooking, spending time shopping in Georgetown, DC, trying new restaurants, hiking, jogging, playing with my dog, designing floral arrangements, and volunteering. I'm also an active member of Tower Club - Tysons Corner.
