Born and raised in Bozeman, she grew up appreciating the plentiful recreational activities associated with the area. Serving people in a place she has called home all her life makes her career more meaningful and fulfilling. Her clients are her priority, and she is determined to advocate for them from the start to the closing.


Carrie was motivated into real estate by her family. She was fortunate to nurture her love for the industry and learn from the lens of her dad as she worked with him for over 40 years managing rentals. She has had over 30 personal real estate transactions in the past 25 years. With a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and a Master's in Health Administration, Carrie has a unique combination of experience and knowledge that has equipped her well for a career in real estate.



Carrie thrives on building relationships. Her competency lies in her clear communication style, responsiveness, and attention to detail which were skills that translated over from a 25-year career in the healthcare industry. She is most reputable for her warm and generous personality, which helps her to connect easily with her clients, understand their needs, and go the extra mile to ensure they are happy and satisfied. It gives her great pleasure to know that she is making a difference in people's lives with the life-changing event of homeownership.



Outside of real estate, Carrie can be found volunteering in the community or recreating. She has sat on the boards for Wind Drinkers Running Club, Gallatin Valley Bike Club, and Creekwood Homeowners Association. She continues to volunteer for many community running events and high school hockey. She enjoys running, biking, skiing, rafting and spectating hockey with her husband, Jeff Johnson, and son, Cooper Johnson.
