In the late 1970s, I embarked on an adventure with Treasure Salvors, Inc., where our team unearthed the remnants of historic ships, including the legendary Atocha. This passion for discovery laid the foundation for my journey into the world of real estate .Transitioning to real estate in 1988, I became a member of the Key West Assoc. of REALTORS\302\256, where I served as Director of Public Relations and Director of Professional Standards, and specialized in residential and commercial properties for over two decades.
During this time, I also ventured into sailboat chartering, honing my skills as a captain and earning certifications that attest to my dedication and professionalism. Having sailed from Honolulu to Sausalito and charted big sailing catamarans,
