Networking: Once listed I will be sending a blast email out of your listing to the realtors that I continue to network with in the Greater Baton Rouge area.
Feedback: After showings I will be sharing any feedback received from the buyer's agent.
Open Houses: The first Open House is held on the first Sunday after your listing goes live.
Brokers Open: Brokers opens are done by MLS area. If your home is still available for sale once your home's MLS area opens it will be featured.
I believe that strong communication skills and knowledge of the community and the real estate market are essential to being a real estate professional. My goal with my clients is to inform them of all aspects of a real estate transaction.
