Born and raised in Brooklyn New York, local schools set the foundation for a fast start into the business world. Mr. DiFiore has a well-rounded and extensive resume that translates into a deep understanding of the Brooklyn Real Estate market that spans over three decades.
After programming and operating computers for Dun and Bradstreet, Joe went into private business including a liquor store, restaurant and nightclub. A close friendship with two of Brooklyn,s most successful brokers, Sal and Mike Calabrese implanted the seeds of the business and the lure of real estate took hold.
Joe started in 1981 as a licensed sales person and 2 years later became an Associate Broker. The past 30+ years has been spent serving the needs of buyers and sellers in Brooklyn N.Y. Joe's personal system of marketing homes was designed and perfected to achieve the highest price possible for his sellers. Joe's extensive knowledge of the property value of Brooklyn homes helps his buyers make their best investment decisions. Joe has worked the past 30+ years as an Associate Broker. In 2006 Joe was honored as a recipient of the 21 CLUB AWARD issued to THE TOP 21 Associates in the North East. The CENTURION AGENT AWARD has been awarded to Joe in 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007.
He achieved company status as "Top Gun" in 2004, 2005, and 2006... The highest producing company agent out of 120 agents. In 2006 he was ranked #1 in Brooklyn out of hundreds of Century 21 agents. In 2008, Joe was honored by RE/MAX with the platinum club award and entered into the Hall of Fame.
