Meet Julie \342\200\223 A Passionate Real Estate Professional with Diverse Experience
Century 21 The One is excited to introduce Julie, who brings a wealth of experience and a diverse background to the world of real estate.

Julie began her career path right after high school by joining the Army Reserves and earning her Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies. For over 13 years, she worked as a Paralegal in both the Capital District and Plattsburgh, NY, focusing primarily on real estate matters. She later attended SUNY Plattsburgh, where she earned her degree in Accounting and Business. Additionally, Julie is a proud veteran, having served in Operation Desert Storm in 1991.

For the past 22 years, Julie has held the role of CFO/COO at Nine Platt Hospitality Group, former owners of Ground Round Grill & Bar and Best Western Plus. Her dedication and tenacious work ethic have been vital to her success, and these qualities will serve her well in the real estate industry. Julie's experience in managing businesses within the hospitality sector has also taught her the value of building lifelong relationships and staying actively involved in her community. She will bring this same passion and commitment to her clients as a real estate agent. With her strong background in customer service, communication, and legal matters, Julie is exceptionally well-rounded and fully equipped to guide clients through every aspect of their real estate transactions.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Julie is deeply committed to giving back. She has volunteered and raised funds for various causes, including the United Way of the Adirondacks, the SUNY Plattsburgh North Country Scholarship, the American Heart Association\342\200\231s Go Red for Women, and North Country Honor Flight. She also serves as the Board Treasurer of The Foundation of CVPH.

Outside of work, Julie enjoys boating, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
