I'm originally from Chicago, and a graduate of the University of Illinois with a Finance degree. My wife, Kim, and I raised our family in Orland Park, IL, Springfield, IL and Indianapolis, IN, while vacationing at our St. Petersburg condo over the years.
I've been investing, flipping and developing real estate since the '80s.
