I'm a Full-Time Licensed California REALTOR\302\256 since 2018 \342\200\223 Serving clients in Madera, Fresno, and Ventura Counties. I started in Real Estate in 2016 as a Real Estate Team Coordinator, and also worked in the mortgage industry from 2006-2011. When I'm not assisting my own clients, I assist other Realtors with their transactions and clients, facilitating an average of 60 +/- Real Estate Transactions per year between them all.
As a Certified Transaction Coordinator and Probate & Trust Specialist, I can better assist clients in the process of selling and buying homes. I'm a member of the Fresno MLS and California Regional MLS, the California Association of Realtors (C.A.R.) and the National Association of Realtors (N.A.R.) These affiliations help keep me educated and updated on the ever changing market and industry - including market data and tools to help my clients. My experience includes Residential sales, Probate/Estates & Trust Sales, 1031 Exchanges, Residential Income, and Vacant Land Sales. Also, my Bachelor's Degree in Communications with an emphasis in sales and marketing helps me better serve my clients. I've found that keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to client's needs is essential to exceptional service (which I am very dedicated to).
