Specializing in residential real estate for the last 38 yrs., Linda's knowledge of the area and financing are second to none. She is the winner of numerous awards and known far and wide for her real estate acumen.Originally from Remington, VA Linda grew up in the building business. Her father was an architect and general contractor and she grew up immersed in the "ins and outs" of construction. She moved to Virginia Beach to attend college. After getting her degree, she taught special education in th e public school system. Once she set her sights on real estate, she has given her all. Her honesty and forth right manor endear her to all of her clients. They depend on her to "not hold back" and tell them the good, the bad, and the ugly about homes they are considering.In addition to sales and listings, Linda also is a property manager. She manages each property as if it were her own. In addition to finding tenants, writing leases, and collecting rents she personally oversees repairs, meets with contractors, and keeps the owners updated.Linda lives in Virginia Beach with her husband, Larry, and their ragdoll cat, Quinn.
