Ling was born and raised in Beijing, China. In 1997, Ling earned her Master of Public Administration with a specialty in Management Information System at University of Arizona. Since then, she has been in data management, relational database, building healthcare data warehouses as application development manager in a Fortune No.5 company. She currently resides in Wheaton, Illinois with her husband and one daughter. Her son is currently serving in US Marine Corps.
Ling started in real estate as an investor in 2014 and became a licensed Real Estate Broker in 2020. She has gained real estate experience through the real estate activities and property management.
