Marcia Dukes recently joined CENTURY 21 Home Team Realty as a Real Estate Specialist. After graduation from Delaware Tech with an Associate\342\200\231s Degree in Executive Secretarial, Marcia spent the first 10 years of her career as a Secretary in the Business Office of Delaware Tech, Owens Campus. In 1990, she moved to Sussex Tech School District and worked there for 25 years as a Financial Secretary and also served as Office Manager of the Adult Division. In addition, she taught Career Development classes and proctored National Exams for the Adult Division\342\200\231s Medical Programs. She retired from public education in December 2015.

As a lifetime resident of Sussex County, Marcia also provides the Real Estate industry with a background in missions work. She served as a leader for three missions trips from Delmarva to Gulfport, Mississippi to assist with Katrina Relief. And has also served in Ocho Rios, Jamaica for the Teen Challenge Program.

Marcia has been a member of Central Worship Center in Laurel for over 35 years. She has served as Church Secretary, Sunday School Teacher, Leader of the Youth\342\200\231s God Squad Program, Manager of the CWC Softball League\342\200\231s Concession Stand and has organized many fundraising events.

She has been married to Rusty Dukes (who is also a Realtor with CENTURY 21 Home Team Realty) for over 38 years. They have two sons \342\200\223 Kyle, who resides in San Diego, California \342\200\223 Kolby and his wife, Charity and daughter, Camden, live in Laurel.
