Michael was born and raised in the City of Vacaville. His family has deep roots in Solano County as he grew up in a family who serves in Public Safety. He was a graduate from Buckingham Charter Magnet High School where he was the Student Body President.
Michael attended CSU Bakersfield where he was a member for the Mens Division 1 Golf Team. He also played Basketball in College for the Mens Basketball Team where he graduated with honors in Communications.
Throughout his life, Michael has served and donated many hours of community service all over Solano and Sacramento County. He always finds ways to give back to others and serve.
