Nick Albright believes that his real estate success is measured by referrals and reviews. One distinguishing factor of Nick is the knowledge gained while investing in real estate over the last 10+ years. Growing from small investments to now owning multiple rental properties has provided him experience that he is able to pass along to help save money and time when navigating the real estate market. The current market is very competitive, so it is important to be creative with strategies to get your offer accepted and get your home sold for top price. A degree in both Business Administration and Graphic Communications have helped in those competitive situations to come up with strategies.
Nick is a member of the National Association of Realtors, The St. Louis Association of Realtors, The Realtors Association of Southern Illinois, and has grown his business by at least 30% each year.
