Patricia Contreras was born in South America and raised in Northern Virginia. She worked with a real estate developer and later for a law firm as a Paralegal in Arlington for 12 years. She returned to real estate in 2002 and specialized in residential properties in Virginia and Maryland. Patricia holds multiple designations: GRI, ABR, SFR, Military Relocation Specialist, Certified Distressed Property Expert and a has been member of the NVAR Residential Top Producer and Multi-Million Dollar Club from 2013-16. Patricia is passionate about real estate and possesses an innate understanding and keen awareness of people's needs and concerns during the real estate process. She has developed a strong customer base and works by referral from clients. Trust and care are the foundation of her services; she is good representing buyers, sellers and investors, and cares about her clients. Patricia loves to travel, meeting other people and learning about different cultures. "It is great to see different styles of homes all over the world, real estate has existed from the beginning of mankind." Patricia has received multiple awards during her years in real estate and the most recent one is the Centurion Producer Award.
