"My grandfather was her greatest mentor and the reason I gravitated towards a career in real estate. He owned a 300 Acre horse farm in Mandarin and was one of the original five people that started Burnett Park \342\200\223 Southside Saddle Club. Even though her grandfather passed before Vicki got her real estate license, one of his closest friends financed Vicki through the process of getting her Sales-Associate License in 1986. Vicki spent ten years working with Jim Watson and later, Richmond American in the Heritage Park and Whisper Ridge subdivisions. She moved on to run Terry Pacetti\342\200\231s modular home division before settling into her current brokerage, CENTURY 21 St. Augustine Properties, where she has been successful for the last 13 years. It\342\200\231s no secret that land is being bought up quickly in the area. Vicki purchased 60 acres in the Crescent City area where her cattle ranch is today and she also owns another four acres off State Road 16. She recently obtained her Broker-Associate license in 2021.
