It is a luxury thatched-roof guest lodge in Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate. There are a total of 5 guest rooms and owner's accommodation. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and decorated in an African style. The room exits out onto a private patio with a seating area that has free WiFi internet, coffee and bar fridge. The en-suite bathrooms are decorated with earthy stone tiles and have double washbasins, a double shower, a bath and free toiletries.

The lodge features an outdoor pool with sun terrace that is popular for cooling down and sunbathers.
Inside the main lodge area is a rustic African bar and a shared TV lounge. The dining area is used on days with bad weather.

A daily buffet breakfast is served under the outdoor patio restaurant and in the evening guests can enjoy a typical South African barbecue on the tiled terrace. This is popular with all the international guests. There is a well-stocked bar, DVDs and books in the guest lounge.

There is double garage which is used for washing the linen, and a staff room for evening staff.

The kitchen is large and fully fitted with kitchenware, gas stove, hot trays, cutlery and everything one would need for a lodge.

Guests can enjoy day activities away from the lodge including game drives, horse riding, hiking and tours of Kruger National Park. More adventurous options are canoeing and river rafting, which can all be arranged at the tour desk. Blyde River Canyon is a 40-minute drive away from the Lodge. They arrange airport shuttles from Eastgate Airport, 11 km away by car.

The sale includes a sale of Property with all the movables (sold as going concern). The buyer will also be able to retain the name and marketing for the lodge. Currently the lodge is leased out until February 2028. This means a buyer can purchase now and get the rental up until the end of the lease, after which they can move in and take over.
