The construction site is located on the Lungomare promenade, in the city of Vlora.
To the north of the construction site there are 3 existing 1-story buildings, to the south there is a 9-story building, to the east there is a 2-story building and a 2-story building, and to the west there is the Lungomare promenade and "Murat Terbaci" street.

The building's facades are characterized by the use of transparent glazing materials and glass facades, ensuring greater transparency with the external environment. Excessive summer sun will be prevented by using Low-E high-emissivity glass, as well as vertical shading.

On the sides without windows, a ventilated facade system with a metal structure and white Alpolic-type composite panels is planned. Transparent glazing has been used on the ground floor facades, creating a larger space of light and visibility. The balconies have transparent glass parapets and the use of wooden shades gives the interior spaces space and shade on hot summer days. The use of several different elements on the facade makes the building diverse in color and materials.

The stairs will serve for vertical movement in case of emergency. These stairs are accessed on each floor with fire doors to protect the stairwell space from fire and smoke. The structure of the stairs consists of concrete/reinforced concrete walls, and treated with concrete paint. 8 elevators are provided for residents to move from the second underground floor to the top floor with a capacity for 6 people each.

Due to its position, height, shape and special treatment of the facade, this building will become the epicenter of the urban ensemble of surrounding buildings, increasing the standard of development of the area.

In total, 198 apartments are planned to be built, of types 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1.

The apartment we have at a bargain price is a 2+1 typology, on the 3rd floor of the building.
