From the capital city of Ljubljana is 30 km away, the fourth largest city of Kranj is 8 km away and national Slovenian airport Ljubljana, Jože Pučnik, is 8 km away or 11 min drive.

Two Conceptual designs are in place. The first contains 263 apartmans in three apartment buildings, common areas (SPA, pool, restaurant, lounge bar, underground garage) and 31 single chalets with 2 – 4 appartments (in total 59 appartments). The second contains 4 different scenarious, combination of larger appartment buildings and single chalets or only single chalets.

SKI RESORT KRVAVEC:

Krvavec Ski Resort is only 30 km North from the capital city of Ljubljana and is the closest ski resort to any European airport with the Brnik airport only 8 km away. A ski resort that offers the most magnificent views and well maintained ski runs between 1,450m and 1,971m excellent conditions for skiing on natural and compacted snow. With 30 km of perfectly maintained ski slopes, the resort provides an average of 125 ski days / season. The ski slopes are varied and ideal for recreational and professional skiers as well as beginners. 11 ski lifts including a cable car up the mountain provide perfect transport for over a thousand skiers / day.

The ski resort further offers two extraordinary snow parks for snowboarders and skiers, including slides, jumps and 16 obstacles and objects to practice tricks and jumps. Apart from skiing, the resort provides facilities for other activities including night sledding, snow-shoeing, snow-biking, air-boarding or snow-tubing. Krvavec was also home to Slovenia’s first igloo village in 2008 which offers a variety of food, beverage and accommodation facilities from December to March.

Besides many activities during winter, Krvavec’s nature offers a variety of possibilities for an active summer holiday. The Krvavec Bike Park consists of six extensive trails and counts 27km of mountain bike trails at all difficulty levels with the biggest elevation drops among all bike parks in Slovenia. The Summer Park Krvavec offers an exciting adventure park with six additional activities, from slack line and Frisbee golf, to archery and go-kart, for adults as well as children.
