Brenton Holland, a Broker with Century 21 North Homes Realty based in Lynnwood, WA, is a 21-year resident of Western Washington. He has successfully owned and operated many iconic restaurants and nightclubs in the Seattle, Everett, Arlington, and Spokane areas during his tenure in Western Washington. In addition, he was an agency operator for Avis Budget Rental Car located on Capitol Hill, bringing his diverse background and experience to the real estate industry. His knowledge of Western Washington allows his unique experience to build a solid foundation of clients in this community through his professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always putting his client's needs first. He studied business administration at Arizona State University and afterward began work in San Francisco as a General Manager for a mixed-use high-rise building in the city center. Passionate about property management, Brenton Holland has continued to leverage his know-how and experience to exceed his clients' expectations. In his free time, Brenton is an avid dog lover. Spending time on his farm (Weiner Ranch) in Darrington together with his partner, and 7 dogs and 1 cat, (Sophie, Dexter, Arlo, Charlotte, Eleanor, Lucille, and Theodore) and Chloe (the cat), is something Brenton never takes for granted.
