I have lived in Seward for 45 years. Along with my wife, Carmen, we have raised 3 children in Seward. Daughters Crystal and Lisa and son, Stephen, were educated in the Seward School system. Stephen graduated from Concordia University in Seward, while my daughters graduated from UNL and SECC in Lincoln.


I have been a Realtor for 33+ years, serving large portions of Nebraska. Twenty-eight of those years have been served as a broker-manager. During those years, I have been in the Million + Dollar Club 28+ times and have been #1 in sales, listings, and closings over 70 times with over 50 years of management experience in different fields of endeavor.


Some of the professional organizations that I belong to are: Realtors' Association of Lincoln, National Association of Realtors, Knights of Columbus, American Legion, and The Nebraska Notary Association. I have been certified Platinum status in the Quality Service Certification Program for over 25 years. I was proud to have served in the U.S. Army from 1969 to 1976 and was honorably discharged as a staff sargent.
