I have been a real estate manager/consultant for over 15 years. I started working with relocating and military families in my first months in the business and never stopped! I bring 20 years of experience in marketing, project management, and construction management to all of my clients and their important transactions. Selling and managing properties in a seven-county rural and metro area, I have averaged over 60 closed transaction sides per year the last 10 years. As a Regional Team Leader for Century 21 Affiliated, I work closely with other RELO-trained agents and the entire agent team to make sure the Relocating buyer's or seller's needs are met. I am constantly pursuing best-practice sharing within the company and between agents, and looking for ways to make the real estate transaction experience seamless and predictable for sellers and buyers. I make every effort to ensure that the lenders involved in transactions can match the loan program to the property (with its conditions), and that lenders can meet deadlines so crucial to the buyer or seller, who is depending on the timely completion of a relocation plan. Radical honesty, and attention to what's important, are the hallmarks of my transaction efforts. I look forward to serving you!
