I'm Denise Smith-an Associate Broker with Century 21 Redwood, a proud Air Force veteran, and a native Texan. I've been married for 31+ years and have two wonderful kids. I've been in real estate for 20+ years and specialize in working with first-time homebuyers and handling difficult sales, though I'm happy to help with any real estate need. I always strive to go above and beyond for my clients, taking the time to really get to know them so I can help find the home that fits their unique wants and needs. My goal is to make the home buying or selling experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Beyond real estate, I'm passionate about giving back. I serve on the FAAR Community Service Committee, the FAAR Foundation and focus a lot of my efforts on helping local veterans and school children and their families. In 2020, I was honored to receive the FAAR Good Neighbor Award for my community involvement, especially during the COVID-19 crisis when I helped support students and families in Spotsylvania County through an initiative called Feed the Gap. For me, it's all about making a difference-whether it's in someone's home journey or in the community we share.
