Born and raised in the area, Doug graduated from Rocky Mount Senior High and has proudly called the city home for the past 35 years. With an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Business Administration, Doug has been in the real estate industry since 1985 and has been a valued member of Century 21 Sterling Combs since 2001.

He has held several positions on the Board of the Rocky Mount Association of Realtors, including serving as President in 2009, the same year he was honored as the George M. Moore Realtor of the Year. From 2010 to 2011, Doug continued to serve the board as an executive, further showcasing his commitment to elevating the local real estate community.
Community Involvement A lifelong advocate for community engagement, Doug was recognized as one of the Top 10 Local Presidents by NC Jaycees in 1993-1994. He has also been deeply involved in youth sports, coaching several of his sons\342\200\231 league teams over the years. Doug is an active member of Englewood United Methodist Church, where he continues to give back to the community that has supported him throughout his career.
Personal Life Doug is a proud father and grandfather. His son, daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren reside in nearby Nashville, NC, keeping family close to home.
