Hello! My name is Evangelina, I am a bilingual (Spanish/English) agent from the Century 21 Epic office. Outside of the office, I work as an active PTA member, as well as volunteer with local youth.
My family moved to the San Francisco Bay Area when I was 5 yrs old, therefore I consider it home. The bay area is one of the most beautiful geographical diverse locations you can imagine. I\342\200\231ve lived on a farm, in the city and by the bay; all this within a 50 mile radius.
Currently I live in Richmond CA where my husband and I are raising our 3 children. I was licensed in 2003 and when the market crashed in 2008; I had to re-invented myself becoming the short-sale expert in my office, helping investors with obtaining rental properties and doing REOs. In 2012 after attending a motivational seminar I decided to finish what I started. I went back to school to get a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Minor in Business Administration from California State University, East Bay.
Getting a higher education helped me achieve one of my personal goals and being bilingual in Spanish has helped me serve a larger part of my community. Allowing me to help many home sellers and buyers achieve their goals in their own language.
