I have been licensed in Real Estate in Florida since 1988, serving Central Florida for 20 years and a Florida resident since 1971. My experience has been in new home sales with a great knowledge of construction and green sustainability. The last 3 years I have worked in General Real Estate and have enjoyed it very much. I have been most successful in connecting each homebuyer with a home that truly fits their needs, which enables families to enjoy their home which is the biggest financial transaction they may ever make. I achieve this by listening carefully to the needs of each customer and learning the criteria before beginning the search. It is important to deal with each customer the exact way that I, personally, want to be dealt with when I make a purchase. My Family and I have lived in Celebration since 1999 and love our home and the town of Celebration.
