Ken is a Spokane native that attended North Central High School. Currently Ken resides in Liberty Lake and has been a member of this community since September of 2020. As a member of CENTURY 21 Beutler & Associates, Ken assists both buyers and sellers with residential real estate in Spokane, Liberty Lake, and the surrounding areas. Prior to Real Estate, Ken had served in the United States Navy and most recently worked as a Budget & Financial Analyst for the Community Colleges of Spokane, a Budget Analyst & Fiscal Specialist for Eastern Washington University, and in Financial Development for the YMCA & Camp Reed. Ken Graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor Degree in Business with a major in Management of Information Systems where he learned how to build databases and manipulate data. Ken uses his knowledge of databases, as well as, his past experiences as an analyst to support/assist his home buyers and sellers in the community with real estate decisions based on the analytics of the data at hand. Ken primarily joined real estate because: \342\200\234My wife has been a REALTOR for several years now for a major developer, and watching how fulfilled she is has inspired me to do the same.
