Kyle Kelly is the President and CEO of CENTURY 21 ProLink and Kelly Property Advisors, as well as managing partner in several real estate development companies.
CENTURY 21 ProLink is a residential and commercial real estate brokerage firm that serves the tri-state region. The firm has grown to 51 licensed REALTORS as well as five staff team members. For the last several years, CENTURY 21 ProLink was recognized as one of the top 40 CENTURY 21 offices in the United States by number of transactions.
As a REALTOR, Kyle Kelly assists companies and individuals as they make large real estate investments to propel them into the future. With many years of experience, he prides himself on being an ethical agent who provides top customer service and strong negotiating skills when representing his clients.
Kyle is also active in commercial and residential development and construction. Commercial projects include office renovation and rebranding, bare ground assemblage and development, and adaptive reuse. Kelly Construction, his construction company on the residential side, has developed and built over 110 new homes and townhomes in the last five years.
Kyle grew up on a farm in rural Pender, Nebraska. He attended the University of Nebraska, Lincoln and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in finance. Immediately after graduating from the University of Nebraska, Kyle moved to Sioux City, Iowa to begin a career in commercial real estate.
Kyle lives in Sioux City, Iowa with his wife Jacki, and three young children.
