My name is Marissa Lightsey and I am the Real Estate Broker Owner of Century 21 Peak, Marking & Associates , a brokerage that has been established and serving the Mid-Missouri market for over 45 years .
I have helped hundreds of clients since becoming licensed in 2019. I bought my brokerage in July of 2021 and have loved expanding and growing this already well established business. I typically do +7 Million in volume singlehandedly year over year singlehandedly and oversee about 30 Million dollars in office sales between 15 agents in my office. I have immense love for my community and love finding new ways to serve, whether it be as Vice President of Community Embetterment for the Mexico Area Chamber of Commerce, Jaycees President, President of Ascending Mexico Entrepreneurs, campaigning for local organizations, etc.
I absolutely adore every part of my job and I would love to help you reach your real estate goals. I pride myself on timeliness, knowledge, organization and especially education . I feel that knowledge is power and I truly believe that one of the most important parts of my job is making sure that all of my clients know ALL of their options and understand the process that they are embarking on.
