Melissa Workman joined Kearney & Associates, R EALTORS \302\256 , in July, 2017, coming from another local brokerage. She has been a licensed real estate professional since 2013, earning her Graduate, REALTOR \302\256 Institute (GRI) designation and participating in the Texas REALTORS \302\256 Leadership Program (TRLP), as well as acquiring a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation.
It\342\200\231s true there is a plethora of real estate agents in the Lubbock area. However, if you choose Melissa as your agent, you can be assured she will do her level best to represent and protect her client\342\200\231s interests. She enjoys working through the house purchase process and educating clients so that they benefit through the transaction.
Besides continuing to work toward other professional designations, Workman has a degree in Business Administration from Wayland Baptist University. She also stays busy managing her personal rental properties.
Melissa and her husband, David, are members of Victory Life Church. She is an active member of the Lubbock Dusty Days Investment Club and Lubbock Lions Club and, although her children are in college, remains involved with her homeschool group.
