Raised in the Quinlan area I understand the numerous intangible benefits of life in the small town with its unmatched culture, and sense of belonging. It takes leaving to know where you need to be. For the last ten years I lived and worked as a chef in Denver, while it provided a new experience it was not home. When I returned home I realized I could no longer work in the city, and not only needed but wanted to be a part where your word is your bond, and it still means something.
