I was fresh out of college when I pursued my passion for Real Estate, and have spent the last four decades selling many significant residential and commercial properties. The sale prices of my closed transactions have ranged from $50,000 to $2,000,000 and from older estate homes to new construction. I have experience in selling Century 21 Fine Homes and Estates properties in the PA areas of Montgomery, Chester and Bucks counties. I enjoy working with all types of buyers and sellers, from the relocating/ transferring employee, first time home buyer, downsizing sellers/buyers and multi-property investors. I feel my knowledge in contracts, inspections, marketing, negotiations, decorating and staging has been an asset in helping my clients find their dream home. I am very detail oriented, organized, concise and a great listener. I research everything and become knowledgeable about the properties I am selling and the surrounding communities.
In addition to my PA Broker License, I am also a PA Certified General Appraiser and was awarded the Certificate of Excellence for Outstanding Performance in Appraising for the entire Northeast USA. I was also the first female to be awarded the RM designation in the Metropolitan area of Philadelphia.
I was born and raised in Southeastern Pennsylvania and am married with three children.
