He has also practiced real estate in Nevada as well as New Jersey in prior years. Sharam is now specializing in residential sales and rentals (nyc apartments consisting of condos, co-ops, condo-ops, townhomes/townhouses, and rental buildings) all throughout New York City (NYC) aka Manhattan. Being a home-buyer himself, he understands the intricacies involved in purchasing real estate from a buyer\342\200\231s perspective. In addition, Sharam has sold multiple properties personally and understands what a home-seller\342\200\231s views are when selling their real estate.
