Steve Marquez Jr. is a 16-year resident of the Coachella Valley and a Los Angeles native. As a new agent of Coachella Valley Realty, he is eager and excited to build strong relationships with his clients and help them with their real estate needs. With seven years\342\200\231 experience as a property insurance agent and broker in Palm Desert, Steve is well in touch with the local Desert communities, including property values and current market trends. In 2016, he incorporated real estate to his service offerings, bringing added value to his current and prospective clients. In addition to his real estate and insurance licenses, Steve also holds an Associate\342\200\231s degree from College of the Desert.
Steve is passionate about serving his clients with the utmost care, attention and dedication. An avid athlete and volunteer, Steve has been privileged to coach a variety of sports teams in the valley, allowing him to stay well connected and involved in our local community.
