Tommy Winburn is a seasoned Realtor based in Beaufort, South Carolina, with a rich history of
business and community involvement. Licensed since 2006, Tommy brings a wealth of
experience and a deep-rooted connection to the Beaufort area, where he has lived for 30 years.
His extensive background includes owning and operating a successful Gasoline C-Store
CarWash business, as well as his past ventures in the restaurant industry with Emily\342\200\231s
Restaurant & Tapas Bar for 20 years and Four Corners Restaurant in Chapel Hill, NC.
Tommy holds a BS in Business from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA
from Wake Forest University. His diverse skill set is further highlighted by his 100 Ton Merchant
Mariners License, under which he has served as a TowBoatUS Captain, specializing in towing
and salvages.
Tommy's commitment to the community is evident through his personal and family life. He has
been married to Mary Madden Winburn, a dedicated school nurse at Beaufort Middle School, for
25 years. Together, they have three sons: William A Winburn V, an upcoming senior at UNC-
Chapel Hill; Thomas C Winburn, Jr, an upcoming junior at USC-Columbia; and Robert B
Winburn, an upcoming freshman at USC-Columbia.
An avid outdoorsman, Tommy enjoys fishing, hunting, and SCUBA diving. He is an active
member of the Beaufort Yacht and Sailing Club (BYSC), the Beaufort Yacht Club (BYC), and
the Society of Colonial Wars. His passion for real estate is complemented by his extensive
experience in real estate investment, making him a knowledgeable and dedicated Realtor for
clients in the Beaufort area.
