Hi my name is Tim Neubauer, Realtor with Century 21 Ace Realty. I am an Oshkosh/Winneconne native. My wife and business partner (Katy Neubauer) and I have teamed up to help our clients buy and sell to get into their dream home or work toward their investing goals. Our passion for real estate started with purchasing duplexes, and mixed-use properties. As investors, we ultimately decided working in real estate was a natural profession for us to pursue. This year we are closing on our 8th and 9th (2021) properties and look forward to continuing that growth over the next few years. Property number 9 is our first ever \342\200\234flip\342\200\235 home for our family. Between the two of us, we have 7 children, so our newest project is a 100+ year old Victorian home, designed by William Waters, built for Dr. Corbett. The home needs a LOT of love.
