This 1112ha game farm, located in Selatl Private Game Reserve, is a must see! It has spectacular views over this magnificent reserve and owners can traverse over 28,000 ha. This reserve features the Big 5, as well as abundant plains game including Sable antelope and Eland.

The farm has rights to 10 commercial beds, with the owner allowed to build their own private lodge or home.

The farm has a lot of infrastructure which include the following:
- A 3-bedroom farmhouse with 2 en-suite bathrooms, separate lounge, large kitchen, undercover patio overlooking a pool and amazing bushveld views and a waterhole in front of the home.
- A large thatched lapa and fire pit.
- A 3-bedroom manager’s house with 1 bathroom and large living area.
- 2 well-maintained safari tents with en-suite bathrooms overlooking a waterhole. The tents can sleep two guests each.
- 3 boreholes of which 2 are close to the main camp, and the 3rd one in the veld.
- Solar power with lithium battery backup installed, sufficient to run the camp.

The main attractions on the farm are the views and the traverse in Selati. The farm has a separate fenced off area of 489 ha that can be left as part of Selati or applied for personal use such as breeding, cycling or walking safaris. Other fantastic amenities are a large hide or lapa overlooking an amazing water hole; this could become an amazing overnight accommodation option for guests to experience the African bush.
