Eugene Smiley is a Real Estate Advisor and a native Floridian living between the Tampa Bay area and northern Virginia. Eugene has been a Licensed Real Estate Professional for 30 plus years. He has years of experience working with buyers and sellers, in both residential and commercial applications. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences from The University of South Florida. Eugene has an active a Class A, Florida State Certified General Contractor license which gives him a well-rounded background and experience with historical preservation applications, HUD acquisitions, and residential and commercial construction. His degree in Social Sciences prepared him for the many interactions with clients and their unique personalities and needs. Aside from Real Estate, Eugene is an Army Veteran who has worked as a Mortgage Broker for four years and also served as a Police Officer and First Responder for the city of St. Petersburg.
