Donna and her husband, Scott, moved to NC from British Columbia, Canada in 2011, became residents of Lake Royale. Three kids later (Elias, Audrey, & Adam), they are still loving the life at the Lake and NC altogether. Donna received her Canadian CPA designation and Bachelor of Commerce in 2010. She worked as an Assistant Comptroller for 7 years for Boultbee Realty, a commercial property investor, handling accounting for all commercial tenants (over 200+ tenants). When she moved to the US, she volunteered as an accountant for AARP (American Assoc. of Retired People). After that first tax season with AARP, she decided to take her Enrolled Agent courses and received her EA license from IRS in December of 2014 and started her very own tax business, DB Tax Solutions LLC, in January 2015 and continues to grow to this day. Donna is ambitious and passionate about God, family life, people, and different culture. Her professional work ethics keeps her client loyal and her business continue to grow via referrals.
