Her credentials also include Accredited REO Agent, Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource Certification, Seller Representative Specialist, and Seniors Real Estate Specialist, making her a trusted name in the South Georgia real estate market. She has been a leader in the industry, serving as Past President and Director of the Tiftarea Board of REALTORS\302\256, and was honored as the 1996 REALTOR\302\256 of the Year. She has continued to serve the Board on several committees.
Jan is married to Thad Paulk (another Realtor) and when time allows, they love to spend time with family (ask them about the grandkids!!!) and friends and try to travel as much as possible!
