Michael Sherer is a licensed real estate Broker and has resided in California since 1958. He received a sales license in 1986 and his broker's license in 1992. Mr. Sherer has an extensive background in real estate as well as construction. For twenty years he designed and built custom homes in San Luis Obispo County and presided over 3 various contractors associations as well as serving as an expert witness for the Contractors State License Board. Mike has a comprehensive knowledge of the Central Coast through many years of community service and local government serving on the Atascadero Planning Commission for five years and 12 years on the Atascadero Building & Construction Board of Appeals in addition to the Atascadero Chamber of Commerce and Atascadero Main Street Association. He proudly served his Country in the US Army during the Vietnam war. Specializing in commercial, residential and new construction real estate, Mike consistently leads the industry in sales working to provide the best possible service to his clients.
