Stacy Hollmann is the founder of Make Culture, co-founder of the Above Normal Network, and owner of Attract LLC, a certified women owned business set on solving big problems and creating real solutions in her field. She is a specialty retail design-build, business and real estate development expert, events and business consultant and marketing professional providing innovative solutions to large brands, communities and small business owners in need of creative solutions in commercial real estate, small business strategy/growth/brokerage and those involved in various aspects of entrepreneurship. She is a certified business consultant (CBC), a licensed REALTOR® in Minnesota and Wisconsin, an auctioneer and an experienced project manager with over 20 years of diverse skills in marketing, business development, events, interior design, and construction. She has invested in, consulted and managed micro businesses, international teams, and large manufacturing operations with an innovative and collaborative approach.

As a leader, mentor, and coach Stacy is passionate about improving herself, and the communities she serves. She works with a team and a network of experts who specialize in unique properties, investor needs, relocations, and multi-state/international transactions. She is a lifelong learner who holds a bachelor's degree in Ethics and is pursuing graduate education in real estate development.
