Jennifer Hawkins brings a 25 year track-record of success in real estate. She began her career as a successful top producing agent, then became a managing broker, and rapidly moved into executive leadership.
Most notably, Jennifer\342\200\231s recent leadership role was Vice President Growth and Development, Western US for Century 21 Corporate. Prior to corporate leadership she was the General Manager of Business Development of the #1 Century 21 & Coldwell Banker real estate companies in Northern California and Nevada, supporting a 36 office, $2+ billion annual sales volume region.
Jennifer supported brokers and agents by providing them both basic and advanced sales and customer experience strategies to increase new and loyal customer repeat and referral business. She also guided brokers and agents to develop new business segments within each market, leading to additional revenue streams and growth for both the agents and the organization.
Having grown up in a military family, Jennifer has lived and worked in several states throughout the U.S. during her life and 25-year real estate career. Jennifer remains passionate about building her career success as she supports the growth of the agents and leadership nationally.
Jennifer comes from a family dedicated to service, and carries forth the values instilled by her father, a retired United States Army Green Beret, and her mother, a retired operating room nurse. Jennifer is also a mom to her 22-year-old son Caleb and three dogs Maximus, Cedes & Bow.
Jennifer is a life-long sports enthusiast and athlete. Today she enjoys weight training, yoga, golf, and rock climbing. In 2013, Jennifer was diagnosed with and is now in remission from cancer and strongly supports cancer awareness and research. Her mental, physical, and spiritual health is paramount to Jennifer\342\200\231s success, and she models optimal health and wellness in both her business and personal life.
