We have worked extensively with U.S. Fish & Wildlife on the Alabama Beach Mouse issue and Incidental Take Permits and the protection of our Sea Turtle population. We have dealt with a number of the insurance providers to find the best available home insurance, flood insurance and wind coverage for our clients in this Coastal market. We have worked with several attorneys to help our clients with 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges. We have developed relationships with several of the lenders in our area to help our clients with their various financing needs. We have developed working relationships with several builders and those in the remodeling and property maintenance business to help our clients maintain their beach properties.
